QUEST in Action
The agenda is a tool to help the Facilitator guide
the team from one segment (topic) to the next. Some individuals call the agenda
the “What,” “How,” “Who,” and “Time” of a meeting.
This ensures
that:
· Each Team Member understands
the parameters of the activity.
· Each Team Member understands
the purpose of the activity.
· The outcomes of the activity
will be achieved.
The
Agenda may be formal or hand written on the chalkboard, posted on flipchart
paper, posted as a laminated sheet, or handed out on a sheet of paper. The Agenda may be as thorough as having a
time limit for each segment of the activity or as general as having a time limit
designated for the entire activity.
