The Meeting Review and Evaluation is completed at the end of the meeting.

 

Meeting Review: While reviewing the main points of the meeting the facilitator should:

 

·       Remind team members to complete their task that may have been assigned to them before the next scheduled meeting

·       Make sure all items on the agenda have been covered

·       List any items to be carried over to the next meeting

 

Meeting Evaluation:   The evaluation of the meeting allows the team member to discuss the positives and negatives of the team activity.  This process can help future activities to flow more smoothly.  The Facilitator and the Recorder should use a flip chart enabling team members to see “What worked” and “What didn’t work” at the meeting.
