 Teamwork enables students, teachers, or administrators to work together to solve problems and/or address issues within a school or classroom.   

 The steps in the QUEST teamwork process will help your teams reach their desired outcomes. Each individual in the team will learn to be an effective team member by understanding and practicing the different roles and responsibilities within the team, which include: leading, guiding, and directing the team.

 QUEST will help you, the teacher or student, lead your team to a successful outcome.
