Ghant Chart

What is it?

The Ghant chart is a QUEST tool used to organize data into categories for follow-up purposes. The “What”, “Where”,“Who”, “When”. The information is then put into the Ghant chart and can be used as a management tool to monitor progress.

How is it used?

After the team has selected the countermeasures to be put into place the Ghant chart can be filled out. Place “what” is going to be done in the first column. Followed by “where” is it going to be done at, and who will be responsible for doing it. Always attempt to put a persons name in the block. Lastly, place the time frame that the countermeasure will be done, dates and times.
