Radar Chart
What is it?
A radar chart is a tool that provides a visual display of
the current state or level of performance in various categories. A pattern is formed that often looks like a
pattern on radar screens.
What does it look
like?

When is it used?
The radar chart is used when:
- The
status of elements in a project or process needs to be evaluated.
- Areas
of improvement need to be displayed graphically.
- The
change needs to be displayed over time.
How is it made?
- Place
the project/process in the center of the circle.
- Determine
the categories to be evaluated.
- Draw a
line for each category.
- Write the
name of each category at the end of the line.
- Scale
the lines.
- Evaluate
each category in terms of current performance.
- Place
a dot on the line that represents the evaluation.
- Connect
the dots and study the results.
